Eric is a founder and Managing Partner at Fairfield Partners Executive Search, LLC.

He spent more than 20 years in the Technology and Healthcare IT industries and four years in retained search prior to launching the firm. He has completed senior level management assignments for rapidly growing cloud computing, enterprise software and healthcare IT firms ranging from under $5M to the world’s largest technology enterprises.

Prior to entering executive search, Eric held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in enterprise software. He was SVP Sales at VitalWorks (now AMICAS), a leading healthcare IT vendor offering electronic medical record, practice management and radiology solutions. Eric was a member of the founding management team at OutlookSoft (now SAP), and spent eight years with Hyperion Software (now Oracle), holding senior positions in Sales, Operations and Marketing, as well as being the Director International Marketing while based in London, England.

He lives in Westport, Conn. with his wife, Sari Bodi, an author of plays and children’s books, and their two children.
