Tami DuPuis-Michaud is a Sr. Recruiter for Fairfield Partners.

Prior to joining Fairfield Partners, Tami was an Executive Recruitment Consultant with Lindsey & Company for 7 years.  There she was an intricate part of the search process working on talent acquisition for a myriad of companies.  Cutting her teeth in the search arena she began working on searches in the CPG arena working on roles for companies such as Nestle Waters North America, Bear Naked Granola, Acme United, WJ Deutsch & Sons, Madhouse Munchies and many others. 

Tami has had great success working with start-up organizations as well as private equity firms.  Tami's experience in search is one that is not only embedded in finding the best talent a company seeks but also has learned to identify the strongest cultural fit for an organization/team which is intricately important to the on-going success of a business. She considers that one of her greatest assets in the search arena.

Prior to Lindsey & Company, Tami was an Assistant Controller with Career Education Corporation (CEC). At CEC, she worked in various management and support positions within the Finance and Human Resource departments. Prior to joining Career Education Corporation she was employed as an internal auditor for J.Silver Clothing Corporation.
DuPuis-Michaud is Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics.  She and her husband Lionel, an EMS helicopter pilot, have two children, Sebastien and Amelie.
